The Terminal
Director: Steven Spielberg

Wow. This film is almost perfect. It's awesome, remarkable, excellent, and most of all, sublime. Finally a film without any hatred or strong villainy. A film with rich characters with fully developed backgrounds. A film with great tracking shots, great colours, and awesome acting. Tom Hanks is great as Viktor Navorski, a Krakozhian immigrant in the United States. His performance is just amazing from beginning to end. Watching his performance, you could believe he is from Krakozhia. Catherine Zeta-Jones gives a good performance as Amelia Warren, a stewardess who Viktor falls for. Her role is small but nowhere as good as Hanks's. Other characters played by Diego Luna, Chi McBride, and Stanley Tucci are brilliant as well. The only quibble I have with this film is one scene which is totally unbelivable but forgivable. But the ending is perfect, making this one of the best films of the year.

Grade: A+
