Cellular is a highly enjoyable movie if you turn your brain off for a couple of hours. I enjoyed it a bit. Grade: B

Metallica: Some Kind of Monster

This is undoubtedly the best documentary I have ever seen about a rock band. You see Metallica at their most vulnerable and at their strongest. This could win Best Documentary Feature at the Academy Awards if only they would fucking nominate it. Grade: A

Hotel Rwanda
2004
One question: Why the fuck wasn't this nominated for Best Picture? Don Cheadle, one of the most underrated actors in the world, gives his best performance yet as Paul Rusesabagina, a hotel manager. Sophie Okenedo also has a great performance as Paul's wife, Tatiana. From beginning to end, this is truly one of the best pictures of last year. This should have been nominated instead of Finding Neverland or Ray. Grade: A
