The trailer for the Hollywood version of "Il Mare" is finally out. I have one question for all the people who have seen "Il Mare": Did the movie look THIS STUPID? I love the Keane song used in the trailer but its placement is downright horrible!

Looks like a 1:1 copy to me. Il Mare is stupid eh? Any movie with Ji-hyun Jun isn't stupid. You just have to take the movie for what it is.
The problem I have with the movie is that they didn't choose a more attractive actress.
You see the problem with your comment is that you didn't properly read the post. I didn't say that Il Mare is stupid but that the Lake House looks really stupid. They made it look like a chick flick when based on my assumptions the original was absolutely not.

Problem is you didn't understand my post. If you thought the trailer for the Lakehouse is stupid, then you think Il Mare is stupid since the Lakehouse is a 1:1 copy of Il Mare.
